How it Works

What NaaS Looks
Like in Practice

Most businesses know what they need (better coverage, stronger uptime, modern systems) but get stuck navigating procurement and vendor sprawl. IP DATAPOINT replaces that friction with a streamlined service model.

A Typical Deployment,
Simplified

Let’s say you’re running on 10 outdated nodes (individual hardware units). Instead of coordinating multiple vendors and juggling hardware replacements, you reach out to IP DATAPOINT. We assess your site, manage any necessary cabling, replace and configure the nodes, and bring the network online.

From first contact to deployment, the entire process runs through a single agreement, with no capital expense or internal asset management.

What a Typical Service Includes

Every deployment is scoped to your site and built around your operational needs.

The Fine Print… Without the Fine Print.

Yes. Installation, ongoing support, and all required licensing are included in the agreement. Your system stays fully under our care.

We choose vendors based on performance and functionality—not brand popularity. Since we own and manage the hardware, we’re free to build custom solutions tailored to your needs. Our focus is on delivering reliable, high-performing systems.

We handle the replacement. Again, all hardware is covered under your agreement and remains our responsibility.

Duration depends on what’s being deployed (i.e., number of nodes). Generally, agreements match the lifecycle of the hardware, about three years.

Renewing the service keeps you eligible for an upgrade at no extra cost. We’ll contact you a few months prior to the agreement expiration to discuss options.
